Before you confirm

The final booking step will show the applicable approved price, the Scope & Disclaimer, the Privacy Notice, and the Terms & Booking Conditions. If the selected appointment falls within the statutory withdrawal period, the booking flow will also show the required request to begin the service before that period expires. The single-session booking flow may use the approved €90 terms. Monthly paid activation must remain disabled until the monthly option’s commercial/consumer terms and payment-obligation wording are finalized.

What the booking form asks for

The booking form should request only the information needed to schedule and administer the appointment: name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number if requested, and the selected appointment time. Do not enter health records, diagnoses, detailed mental-health information, crisis information, or other sensitive health data in the booking form.
